The Anson Bay Coastal Creek system includes over 2,600 square kilometres of floodplains around Anson Bay and the lower stretches of the Daly, Reynolds, and Docherty Rivers, approximately 120km southwest of Darwin.
Target species include Barramundi (primary), Mangrove Jack, Golden Trevally, Threadfin Salmon, Golden Snapper, Queenfish, and Catfish. The run-off period from March to May is when Barramundi are most active and the fishing is at its peak.
